Vivo recently confirmed that they will be unveiling the much-awaited Vivo X90 flagship smartphone series in China on November 22.
Earlier this week, the standard Vivo X90 received approval from China's TENAA certification platform with model number V2241A. And now, another X-series phone with model number V2242A has been approved by Tena authorities. A recent report suggests that this model number is linked to the upcoming Vivo X90 Pro. The key specifications of this device have been revealed in the TENAA listing. Let's know about them.

According to a new report from TechGoing, the Vivo X90 Pro with model number V2242A has been listed on China's Tena certification website. As revealed in the site's listing, the phone will feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that will offer 1,280 x 2,800 pixels and 10-bit color and Full-HD+ resolution. Its screen size and resolution are similar to the Vivo X90.
The device will be powered by MediaTek Dimension 9200 chipset, which runs at 3.05 GHz. Vivo X90 Pro may offer 8GB / 12GB / 16GB RAM and 128GB / 256GB / 512GB storage. The handset is expected to run Android 13 based on OriginOS 3 custom skin.
For photography, the rear panel of the Vivo X90 Pro will feature a triple camera unit consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel lens and a 12-megapixel sensor. The device is believed to feature a 1-inch Sony IMX989 primary camera. And for selfies and video calling, the phone will also have a 32-megapixel camera on the front. For power backup, the Vivo X90 Pro is said to come with two 2,375 mAh (rated value) dual-cell batteries.
So it is believed that the combined battery capacity of the handset could be around 4,850 mAh (typical value). Like the standard model, the Pro variant is expected to support 120W charging. It will also offer other features like an in-screen fingerprint scanner and an IR blaster. Finally, the Vivo X90 Pro will measure 164.07 x 74.53 mm and weigh 214.85 grams.
